Sing For Fun-Seniors: Choral singing is the team sport where no one is left out sitting on the bench! Joining a senior choir offers numerous social and emotional benefits, providing a fulfilling and enjoyable activity for older adults. Singing in a choir creates opportunities to form new friendships and experience the joy of making music together. MONDAYS 2:00PM-3:00PM, FREE! Special performance for friends and family on 3/24/25 at 1pm. All are welcome to participate.

Decoupage with Peppy!: Discover the art of decoupage and learn how to take an ordinary object, such as a ceramic container or cigar box, and turn it into an extraordinary work of art. Learn creative ways of designing objects with paper by painting, cutting, texturing, and adhering papers to your object. Newly created decoupage art makes an excellent art piece for the home or as a gift to someone special. Transform everyday objects into art in this beginner workshop. Once a month on THURSDAYS 2:00PM-3:30PM, FREE! All are welcome to participate.

Join our low-impact dance fitness class designed for active older adults, beginners, and people with physical limitations, modifying the popular Zumba® program to be gentler and easier to follow. It uses Latin and world rhythms in an easy-to-learn, choreography-based workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, balance, range of motion, and coordination without stressing joints.

FREE Musical Theatre Workshop Ages 9-13: Our Musical Theatre Program is a dynamic and engaging initiative designed to nurture the talents of young performers aged 9 to 13. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines acting, singing, and dancing, providing teens with the tools and confidence to excel in musical theatre. Whether they are aspiring to take the Broadway stage or simply seeking a creative outlet, this program is tailored to develop their skills while fostering a deep appreciation for the performing arts. 8 week course. SUNDAYS 3:00PM-5:00PM, FREE!
Scholarship based enrollment. Students attend for free. In order to be considered for participation students must audition with a 60-second uploaded video either singing or dancing. Upload audition by October 15 to: Info@QCANetwork.org. Students will be notified if selected.
